A classic Tinian architecture, the house is on two independent levels. The first floor is the functional area, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom and the terrace from where you have an access to the independent garden facing the sea and Syros island.
The lower floor has a kitchenette, a living room and another 3 rooms.
The house does not need heavy renovations as the electricity and plumbing are new. Windows and doors have been changed too. The lower floor needs plaster on the walls.
The building permit authorize you to construct another two small rooms or a big one at the back of the house which will increase the size of the house.
For Isternia village, the house is in a good location without having to use too much of the street stairs .
The walls are stone build, with the typical Tinian touch, the village and its houses are listed. As you can see from the pictures there is a property in front of the house. The good news is that it is forbidden to build another level on top, so your view to the sea and the Cyclades islands will not be obstructed.
Isternia village, is on the west coast, it has a shop, a taverna, a Greek Kafenion (coffee) and a lounge bar. Pyrgos village is 7 km away were you can find a mini market, a bakery, a butcher, an ATM, a pharmacy and several tavernas and coffees.
Isternia beaches are 15 minutes drive from the village you also have a choice of Tavernas and coffees.
The house is ideal for view lovers, for people who like listed houses and village life. Ekso Meria region has a great history and has been kept traditional.
