The villa is located in Agios Ioannis area of Mykonos Island in the Cyclades, just 30m away from the sea. You can swim in Ag.Ioannis beach or got to Ornos beach (5min. by car), Psarou beach (10 min. by car).

The complex is totally private (8 properties), owners are coming from time to time for holidays, which gives you privacy.

The Mykonian property is on three levels, with four “ensuite bedrooms”, a fully equipped kitchen, many outside spaces with the appropriate furniture.
The upper level is composed of master bedroom, office room, living room and two balconies.
The middle level is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, wc and the outside yard with outside dining area, sun beds and barbecue.
The lower level is composed of, three “ensuite” bedrooms and a tea room.
All the levels have a niece sea view over Mykonos surroundings.
The pool is common to the complex, but never crowded because owners are not all coming together.

The architecture is from Mykonos, which will plunge you in the atmosphere of the island. Thick stone walls, Cyclades white and Mykonos blue for simple colors which takes all of its sense in the appropriate location.
