This Elia villa is part of a luxury complex overlooking Elia bay in the south part of the island of Mykonos. Ideal for 10 guests who are south coves lovers. Well designed in a Mykonian simple style, with rounded-off edges and white color as it is in the Cyclades.
Guests are welcomed into a spacious and elegant open plan living and dining area with polished cement floor that emphasize simplicity and purity and as background the deep blue of the Aegean sea. Guests can exit to a wind and sun protected veranda that descent to the pool area. This space is at the centre of the property, leading to all of the villas areas. To the right of the main entrance is to be found an independent kitchen where guests can have a breakfast. The upper floor has a built-in king size bed with a bathroom in a spacious bedroom exiting to a private veranda overlooking Elia beach, the pool and the sea. From the entry level you have access to the mid level where another bedroom is to be found, also with a king-size bed and with a an exit to a sea view veranda. An adjacent bathroom accommodates this room. Another few steps down a lounging area with a kitchenette offers privacy to our guests, exiting to a covered patio providing access to the pool terrace. In the same level, another two bedrooms can be found each with two single beds. The fifth bedroom en-suite is at the garden level.
The pool area terrace with its shaded dining area, bar and barbecue can seat twelve guests in total comfort any time of the day, for a fresh drink or a summer diner.
The proximity to Elia beach, offers our guests, water sports and several tavernas for Mediterranean food. The layout of the villa allows to enjoy holiday in a private and independent way.

• Garden level: One bedroom en-suite, spacious, with a built-in double bed and a balcony with Aegean Sea view.
