Located in a high end complex this villa is overlooking the famous Mykonos beach of Elia, the Aegean sea and some of its islands. The entry of this villa welcomes our guests in a minimal living area with an open kitchen, and a nice master bedroom en-suite with a queen size bedroom and a private terrace ideal for quiet moments. The living area exits to a shaded terrace with its pergola, ideal for outside holiday lunch, or further steps away to the pool area. Steps located by the entrance, lead our guests, to the lower level garden with its three bedrooms. Two of them share a separated bathroom, the third en-suite bedroom with an independent entrance from the garden is more suitable for a couple desiring more privacy. On the same level, is a very nice lounging area with its kitchenette, providing additional independence and privacy. The level exits to the garden while the pool terrace is five step stones from it. Both levels have a splendid vie to Elia beach and the Aegean sea.

The villa is ideal for guests who want more privacy while being on holiday with friends or family. The proximity to Elia beach offers several water sports and Mediterranean cuisine to our guests.
